No Guarantees
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, compensation outcomes, admissions decisions, or any specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer preferences, and your experience and performance.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information in your resume/CV and application materials, and for how you use our guidance. If you have legal, medical, or financial questions, consult a qualified professional.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
ApplyInterviewStart provides time-based and custom professional services. Because of the nature of this work, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.
Career Consults & Interview Prep (Scheduled Sessions)
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are generally not refundable. If an emergency arises, contact us — we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.
Resume & CV Writing
If you request a refund before work has begun, you may receive a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are generally not available because this service involves custom work. If you’re dissatisfied, please reach out — we may offer reasonable revisions or other good-faith accommodations when appropriate.
Free Career Assessment
The Free Career Assessment is free and therefore not eligible for refunds.

By using ApplyInterviewStart and/or purchasing services, you agree to the terms below.
1) Services
ApplyInterviewStart provides career-related services including resume and CV writing, interview preparation, career consulting, and assessments.
2) Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy on this page.
3) Scheduling & Attendance
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions without adequate notice may not be refunded. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.
4) Intellectual Property
Templates, written materials, and guidance provided by ApplyInterviewStart are for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute our materials commercially without permission.
5) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyInterviewStart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6) Updates
We may update these policies from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
